The only things pictured in the video below are the barbell exercises. I worked up to 155 and failed on my 3-pos attempt at 175. I used 140 for the 90% of max effort (155x.90=139.5). Fatigue started to set in on the third set of four, completely giving up on the 4th and final set.
Restarted hatch at my true 1RM of 265 and didn't have time for the jerk balances (tbh there wasn't even enough time for Bed Bath and Beyond).
I did the Barbell session 3 hours after the Strength session. While I think that's plenty of time in between workouts, i'll likely try to do the BB work before the strength work for the day going forward.
Spencer Arnold mentioned that these sessions should take approximately 3 hours in total. This is going to be a huge adjustment, but I'm willing to try anything to help increase my strength.
